Scott and Stacy, the team leaders are a brother/sister team that were born and raised on Marco Island during Marco's developing years. They have seen the Marco Island and Naples areas go through many changes and know the area like no other real estate team. Their father and team member, Marv has been active in nearly every aspect of the real estate industry for over 55 years on Marco Island. In 2016 Scott and Stacy were honored to be chosen & featured on two episodes of HGTV's Island Life and in 2021 were featured on the cover of Real Producers Magazine. In 2022 Stacy had the honor of being recognized as Realtor of the Year by the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors.

Stacy attended Florida State University and received a B.S. degree in Biology with a marine emphasis. After college, Stacy moved to Orlando and pursued her interest in marine science working at SeaWorld. In 1997, Stacy and her future husband realized that there was no better place to live than Marco Island, therefore she moved back to the area to join her family in the real estate business. Stacy is married to her husband, Curt and has two children, Ryan and Mia. Stacy has served on many committees and organizations in the area. She has been very involved in the Marco Island Area Board of Realtors including serving on the communications committee, professional development committee, nomination committee and Board of Directors for 6 years. Stacy also served on the City of Marco Island Parks and Rec Advisory board holding Chairperson position for several terms and the Tommie Barfield School Advisory Council as Chairperson for 5 years. In her free time Stacy enjoys fitness and teaches a variety of fitness classes as a certified instructor. She also enjoys spending time with her family boating, hiking, and enjoying nature.

Scott also attended Florida State University and graduated with a BS Degree in 1993. After college, Scott moved back to the Marco Island area and obtained his real estate license to join his father in the real estate business. Scott is married to his wife Deborah and has 2 daughters Diane and Emma. Scott has been involved in the Marco Island Area Board of Realtors serving on the professional development committee and the Board of Directors. He has also been involved in coaching youth athletics for a variety of organizations. In his free time, Scott enjoys boating, fishing and relaxing on the water. He is also a fitness enthusiast proud to have run in the Chicago Marathon and completed a Tough Mudder.
