Why Work With The Needles Group?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Scott Needles proved to be a valuable resource when it came to the purchase of our condo on Marco Island. He is extremely informative regarding the area and the local market. My wife and I felt Scott really listened to what we wanted in a home and then advocated for what we wanted when it came to the negotiation process. We consider him to be more than just our agent. He's our friend.

Stacy Witthoff was our contact. We've been in touch with her for two seasons. She is a first rate professional with deep knowledge of the Marco Island realty market and brings a lot to the plate. We are very satisfied customers of hers and would recommend her to any one without hesitation. Stacy is an asset to your company and we hope she finds a supportive career with you that she deserves and wish her much professional success.

Having dealt with many Marco Island realtors, we found it best to do business with someone from the Island that had a unique local perspective. Scott Needles and Stacy Witthoff were very helpful through the entire process from start to finish and the team also was very helpful.

Stacy Witthoff has assisted us along a long and challenging path to owning a dream home, here in Naples. I'd say that without her help, we may not be currently relaxing on our lanai, enjoying the western sunset over the Gulf. However.....Stacy worked to make our dreams come true; and now I should go back to enjoying the the birds nesting in the Rookery, and prepare to enjoy another amazing sunset ;)!
