Stacy was born and raised in Marco Island during Marco's developing years.  She attended Florida State University and received a B.S. degree in Biology with a marine emphasis.  After college, Stacy moved to Orlando and pursued her interest in marine science working at SeaWorld.  In 1997, Stacy and her future husband realized that there was no better place to live than Marco Island, therefore she moved back to the area to join her family in the real estate business.  After working side-by-side with her brother in the business for a few years, in 2000 they decided to team up and form The Needles Group.

Stacy is married to her husband, Curt and has two children, Ryan and Mia.  Stacy served on many committees and organizations in the area.  She has been very involved in the Marco Island Area Board of Realtors including serving on the communications committee, professional development committee, nomination committee and Board of Directors for 8 years.  Stacy also served on the City of Marco Island Parks and Rec Advisory board holding Chairperson position for several terms and the Tommie Barfield School Advisory Council as Chairperson for 5 years.  Stacy also enjoys volunteering at Rookery Bay especially helping with the sea turtle program.  In her free time Stacy enjoys fitness and teaches a variety of fitness classes as a certified instructor.  She also enjoys spending time with her family boating, hiking, and enjoying nature.

Scott was born and raised in Marco Island during Marco's developing years.  He attended Florida State University and graduated with a BS Degree in 1993.  After college, Scott moved back to the Marco Island area and obtained his real estate license to join his father in the real estate business.   After working side-by-side with his sister in the business they decided to team up and form The Needles Group in 2000.

Scott is married to his wife Deborah and has 2 daughters Diane and Emma.   Scott has been involved in the Marco Island Area Board of Realtors serving on the professional development committee and the Board of Directors.  He has also been involved in coaching youth athletics for a variety of organizations.   In his free time, Scott enjoys boating, fishing and relaxing on the water.  He is also a fitness enthusiast proud to have run in the Chicago Marathon and completed a Tough Mudder. 

Todd was born and raised in Indiana where he attended Ball State University in addition to cosmetology school. After finishing school Todd opened his own business, “Attitudes” in 1989.  He successfully owned and operated this business until he walked away in September 2017. Having acquired the #1 salon status in the county with over 200 other salons competing, he had reached the Pinnacle of success for his business. Todd finally walked away and sold the business where he had merged 42 employees together to hand off to the new owners. Todd started investing in real estate on Marco Island in 2012 with the assistance of Stacy Witthoff, a work ethic and friendship that began and grew over those 10 years.  Todd and Stacy worked together with his multiple investments and now his goal is to diligently work for all of your investments and moves.

Todd is now a member of the Needles Group, a successful team led by Scott & Stacy. After selling his business he knew real estate had always been his calling and even expressed to Stacy once “I plan to be number one in my office within my first full year “.  Even though it was lofty goals, it was accomplished. With dedication and hard work, he attained the status of number one units sold within the office among the other 16 agents. Now residing full-time in Southwest Florida his plans are to continue to be successful for all of those wishing to live here as well. Todd is married to his wife Maureen and they have a blended family of three children, Jordan, Shayla and Aliya. The entire family has a love of pets, and has both cats/dogs. Todd enjoys having friends/family visit him on Marco to enjoy fishing, beach time, golfing and competitive game nights.
